Data collected
Je Carbure Malin only collects the data strictly necessary to run the service:
- Geographic location — used to search for nearby stations. Never shared with third parties.
- Preferences — selected fuel, search radius, filters — stored locally in your browser (localStorage).
- Anonymous Firebase identifier — generated automatically to authenticate API calls. No personal profile is created.
Cookies and local storage
We only use the browser's localStorage (no third-party cookies) to:
- Remember your preferences (fuel, radius, filters)
- Save your last viewed location
- Store your consent choice
This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Third-party services
- Firebase (Google)
Used for anonymous authentication. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- OpenFreeMap
Open-source map tiles. No personal data transmitted.
- OVHcloud
Site hosting (France). Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are kept in accordance with French law.
